PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING & COORDINATION
We engage early in design phases to validate constructability and identify cost-saving opportunities. Value engineering work pinpoints specification changes that reduce installed cost without compromising performance. Coordination drawings show exact routing, panel placement, and load calculations — reducing RFIs and field changes.
SCHEDULE & BUDGET ADHERENCE
Construction projects live or die on critical path management. We track installation progress against schedules, forecast timeline risk, and coordinate with other trades to prevent delays. Budget tracking—material procurement, labor allocation, change orders—is documented in real-time, ensuring transparency and preventing cost overruns.

Every project closes with a complete document package: as-built drawings, load calculations, device testing reports (continuity, insulation resistance), and operational certificates.
