COMMERCIAL LIGHTING INSTALLATION
NATIONWIDE ROLLOUTS · RETAIL, WAREHOUSE, MANUFACTURING, HOSPITALITY · DESIGN THROUGH COMMISSIONING
OVERVIEW
WHAT WE DO
Commercial lighting is not a commodity installation. The quality of light affects retail sales, warehouse picking accuracy, manufacturing defect rates, and patient outcomes in healthcare. Lightning Mobile Electric designs, procures, and installs commercial lighting systems that perform to task — not just to code. From a single-site tenant improvement to a 400-location national rollout, we deliver consistent quality, documented performance, and rebate capture across every project.
CAPABILITIES
SCOPE OF SERVICE
NEW CONSTRUCTION LIGHTING
Full lighting scope for ground-up commercial builds. We engage during design development to provide photometric modeling, fixture schedules, and conduit routing before permits are issued. On-site, we manage rough-in, trim-out, controls programming, and final commissioning — on the general contractor's schedule, not around it.
- • Photometric layout design with IES compliance verification
- • Fixture procurement, staging, and logistics management
- • Rough-in conduit and junction box installation
- • Fixture mounting, circuit connection, and trim
- • Lighting controls programming and commissioning
- • Energy baseline documentation for rebate programs
MULTI-SITE NATIONAL ROLLOUTS
National account lighting programs demand consistent execution across dozens or hundreds of locations on tight schedules. We have deployed standardized lighting programs across retail chains, restaurant groups, and hospitality brands operating in multiple states simultaneously. Centralized procurement, regional crew deployment, and standardized scope packages ensure consistency and compliance from site one to site four hundred.
- • Standardized scope-of-work packages for repeatable execution
- • Centralized fixture procurement and regional staging hubs
- • Multi-state crew coordination and scheduling
- • Real-time installation progress tracking and reporting
- • Consistent punch list and quality standards across all sites
- • National account documentation and close-out packages
INTERIOR COMMERCIAL LIGHTING
Office, retail, healthcare, education, and hospitality interior lighting systems. We specify and install the right technology for the application — troffers and linear LED for office environments, high-output LED for retail merchandising, high-bay for industrial, decorative for hospitality. Every system is matched to the photometric and energy requirements of the space.
- • LED troffer and linear fixture installation
- • Recessed downlighting and adjustable fixtures
- • Decorative and architectural lighting systems
- • Emergency egress and exit sign installation
- • HVAC-integrated troffer systems
- • Code compliance verification for illumination levels
EXTERIOR & SITE LIGHTING
Parking areas, building perimeters, pathways, canopies, signage, and landscape lighting. We perform photometric analysis for every exterior system — security lighting levels, uniformity ratios, and dark-sky compliance are modeled before fixtures are specified. Pole foundation work, conduit, and metering are managed as part of the complete scope.
- • Pole and arm installation with concrete foundations
- • Shoebox, wallpack, and flood fixture installation
- • Bollard, pathway, and landscape lighting
- • Photometric validation to IES RP-8 standards
- • Automated controls: photocell, astronomical time clock, dimming
- • Metering and circuit documentation
