Lightning Mobile Electric’s Response to COVID-19

During this unprecedented time, Lightning Mobile Electric would like to assure all of our clients that we are still providing service. We intimately understand that electrical concerns cannot wait.

The health and safety of our clients, employees, vendors and loved ones are paramount. We are closely monitoring the novel coronavirus and will continue to adhere to guidelines presented by organizations such as WHO, the CDC and our government.

We have advised employees to stay home if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms; furthermore, we are taking precautionary measures such as refraining from shaking hands, maintaining a safe personal distance, and emphasizing the use of good hygiene to remain healthy

Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by this pandemic. Stay strong; together we will overcome this.

Meet the Team

Shaun Haase

The President of Lightning Mobile Electric and the heart of our company. He is not only a natural-born leader, but someone who has taken the time to develop his management, mentoring and sales skills to grow his team and define his company. He believes to get ahead in life as well as in business, developing people and giving them the skills to succeed is the best practice. Shaun is a man of action and excellence; he obtained his Master Electrician license over ten years ago and has grown Lightning Mobile Electric into what we are today. Like he always says, quality above all else! If Shaun isn’t at the office, you can find him somewhere the adrenaline is pumping!

Nathan Harrell
General Manager

Jumping into everything from party planning to working closely with our largest customers, this man can – and does – handle it all. With an electrical career spanning close to two decades, he has been involved in a variety of industries and his knowledge in the field is continuously impressive. To understand the man he is, all you need to know is that he began his electrical career in 2004 in New Orleans, LA. In 2005, he was part of the team to help rebuild in the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. From there, he went on to grow his skill set in commercial and industrial electrical services specializing in a variety of industries over the next several years. Nathan joined Lightning Mobile in 2014 and has helped us grow our electrical service and maintenance departments as he intimately understands the electrical needs of businesses to ensure continued optimum performance. In January, Nathan was promoted to the position of General Manager and we are excited to see where he takes us. From electrician to General Manager, he has been an integral part of our growing team. If Nathan isn’t coordinating something for the office, you will find him submersed in nature with his family.

Mark Bires
Service Manager

When a man like Mark joins your team, it’s impossible not to notice the growth and efficiency that he brings to the table. Mark joined the team in 2018 as a lighting tech on LED upgrades and retrofit projects. He quickly demonstrated his skills in both electrical knowledge and leadership and was promoted to crew lead. After the exceptional completion of many of our largest projects, he was offered the position of Service Manager in January 2020 and has continued to provide optimal service to our customers and our team. This is the culmination of over a decade of electrical experience and we couldn’t be more excited to have Mark on the team. If he’s not on the phone with one of the techs or our customers, you can find Mark knees-deep in a project at home or for his family and friends.

Aaron Tate
Project Manager

Aaron Tate is a skilled Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading successful, cohesive teams. While he is definitely the company jokester, Aaron is a man who gets things done. He has managed 100+ projects, with some budgeted in the millions. His attention to detail and customer compassion is what sets him apart from the pack. He has been integral in developing our lighting maintenance program at Lightning Mobile Electric and we are so lucky to have him. When he’s not at the office, you can catch him at Jackson Lake wakeboarding and listening to some sweet tunes.

Brent Huber
Project Manager

The words loyal and passionate equate to Brent Huber. He oversees many of our lighting projects, manages our bucket truck team, and always performs at his best. His organization will give anyone a run for their money, but the care and attention he provides to each of his customers and his staff is extraordinary. Brent joined our team with a background in lighting and installation and has grown his abilities and scope of knowledge with every project he is connected with. When he isn’t coordinating something for Lightning Mobile Electric, he’s likely spending quiet time with his adorable family.

Robert Van Gorder
Business Development

Robert Van Gorder is a man who understands the importance of the small stuff while maintaining a big-picture mentality. As our Business Development Manager, Rob is active in the field seeking out companies who require updated electrical systems to maintain the needs of their growing business or want to provide a better, safer environment for both customers and staff. He joined the team with extensive knowledge in sales, operations, and account management from his experience within the oil and gas, healthcare, and travel industries. With a smile and, often a joke, Rob not only leads the development of our portfolio of clients, but he ensures their needs are heard and satisfied. If Rob isn’t by his phone or on the road for Lightning Mobile Electric, he’s hitting the Colorado trails in his beefy, beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Courtney Chandler
Marketing, Operations & Customer Service

Effervescent is a good word to describe Courtney; she bubbles over in excitement for just about everything which makes her an ideal choice to lead our marketing efforts and drive a positive customer service experience. Courtney graduated Magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. As such, she loves people and knows she’s happiest when she is providing great service to her customers and her team. She has ten years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, management, and adventures! She joined the company in May of 2019 and is our company unicorn, taking on a variety of tasks and helping to implement new procedures so we can continue to provide the service our customers expect and deserve. When she’s not at the office, she’s doing something social or spending time simply enjoying the beauty of Colorado.

Nancy Benton

There is no one else in this world quite like Nancy Benton. As the longest-tenured employee and the backbone of Lightning Mobile Electric, Nancy has a hyper-focus when it comes to getting the job done. She understands the nature of running the books and maintaining the flow of business as she came to us after the sale of her own company. Nancy is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness with our transactions, employee payroll and so much more. She is both generous and compassionate and has a beautiful, ample family and two spoiled dogs to prove it. If she isn’t at the office, she is probably working from home, but she should be at a spa!
