We undertook a comprehensive interior LED upgrade project for a prominent manufacturing company headquartered in Denver, CO. This endeavor involved diagnosing issues with the current setup, identifying opportunities for design enhancements, selecting superior and more energy-efficient lighting solutions, and seamlessly installing hundreds of fixtures within a fully operational industrial manufacturing environment.

Our client challenged us with upgrading dock lights for an industrial food transportation business. We were presented with a unique set of challenges that needed to be carefully addressed such as: Food safety regulations, temperature control, frequent cleaning requirements, impact on product quality, energy efficiency, and employee adaptation.

In this case study, we worked with a large Airstream dealership who had no working lights in their lot. Upon our job walk, we saw that there were 3 large poles with 3 flood lights each that were both outdated and not working. 

Our client brought us in to replace a transformer that was in the basement of a Stratton Meadows Elementary, due to theft. The school experienced a break-in, where the criminals had pulled out copper from the transformer to sell for scrap.

Solution- We sourced LED panels to replace the old ones and worked with the Mile Hi team for placement during their remodel. We needed to add a few new panels and additionally helped them with moving outlets for various office and breakroom equipment. 

An entire LED upgrade was completed to enhance visibility and security, provide a more energy efficient lighting solution, provide cost savings and rebate options, as well as compliance for city and state safety standards.

This client was struggling with 3 of their automated gates either being stuck open or closed. The gates provided access for trucks coming into the facility and security to keep other out.

Our clientneeded to upgrade their parking lot pole lighting. Solution: To remedy this issue, all fixtures were retrofitted with LED solutions. Result: A brightly lit parking lot with automated fixtures.

This client had some ill lit areas of their business thus creating an attractive place for homeless camps as well as vandalism to their property.
